A gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment with an enormous terrace is available to rent to postgraduates or workers only in XXII Marzo, Milan. The property has a spacious living room, where you'll find a sofa, a TV, a small desk, and access to the terrace. From the terrace, there are gorgeous, clear views of the Duomo. The kitchen has everything you could want, including an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a fridge, and a big dining table. The bathroom is clean, and it has a washing machine and plenty of storage space.
XXII Marzo is one of Milan's most central neighborhoods. Located just to the east of the Duomo and the main city center, XXII Marzo is full of restaurants, shops, cafes, and bars. XXII Marzo is also well-connected by tram and bus, so you'll never be far from the action in busy Milan!
What we liked the most
- There is a gorgeous, direct view of the Duomo from the terrace!
- The terrace is enormous.
- The entire property is modern and has been recently renovated.
- You're right nearby the Milan city center.
- A tram stop is right outside your door.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 7th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor.
- Wi-fi is not installed in the apartment.
