This 65 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Buenos Aires, Milan. There is a comfortable living room with 2 sofas, a TV, and a dining table. It also gives you access onto the balcony, which gives you a view of the street and on which smoking is permitted. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven and a 4-burner stove. The bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a standalone wardrobe. Although there is currently no AC in the apartment, the landlord will be installing it soon.
Perfect for shopaholics, you're going to be living just moments from Corso Buenos Aires, the main shopping street of Milan, which is packed with all your favourite high-street brands. This also means a plethora of great restaurants nearby, as well as great local bakeries, pastry shops, and all the other local amenities you need.
What we liked the most
- We loved the wooden floors!
- The living room / kitchen is a lovely, bright space, with lots of light, and a cute balcony overlooking the street.
- Fancy something a bit different for dinner? Try out Ristorante Baobab, just around the corner, for some authentic and delicious Senegalese cuisine.
- You can get anywhere in the city easily from here: Metro lines 1, 2, and 3 are all within a few minute's walk.
