This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Largo 5º Alpini is an attic apartment. It has unique slanted ceilings and multiple windows allowing natural light to spill through the space. The bedroom and bathroom, which has a shower stall, are both spacious and enclosed. The rest of the apartment is open concept. The space is furnished with 2 sofas, a TV and dining table with chairs. The kitchen is newly renovated and modern with a gas stove and other major appliances. It’s also fully equipped with everything you need. Additionally, there is a laundry area just outside of the apartment door, as well as a lovely terrace.
In Magenta, you’re only a 25-minute walk from downtown. Also, the area is well connected, which means getting around Milan is easy from your new home. You don’t always have to go on foot or use the metro, though. There is a bike sharing station just down the street. Arco della Pace and Sempione Park are practically steps from your door, as are numerous popular sights like Sforzesco Castle. There are a few cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as a health food store and a Carrefour supermarket, which is 2 minutes from your door. There is even a nearby gym, if you prefer getting a more intense workout than a walk in the park.

- There is a bike sharing station just a minute away.
- If you’re health-conscious, there is a health food store just 2 minutes away.
