This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Lepontina is located on the 6th floor in a building with an elevator. The main living space is open concept. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops and ample cupboards. There is a laundry room just off of this area. The rest of the space has gorgeous flooring and is furnished with an elegant 4-seat dining table and 2 sofas. Through a door off of the living room you can access the bathroom. And off the dining area is your bedroom. You get plenty of natural light in this apartment. And better still there is a wonderful furnished terrace where you can enjoy a meal or just relax with a glass of wine.
Isola has long been a working class residential area. But with a new hipster and artist invasion, gentrification is taking over. The neighborhood is fast becoming the place to live. Your new home is located in a sweet spot. Santa Maria Alla Fontana and Bruno Munari Gardens are both 3 minutes away and terrific places to catch a breath of fresh air. For a bit of culture you can head to Macchina da Scrivere Museum just 6 minutes away. There are also a couple of theaters and art galleries including Teatro Sala Fontana and the Lucie Fontaine Art Gallery within a 5-minute walk. Restaurants are numerous and easy to find, and so are shops and supermarkets.
