A stunning 1-bedroom apartment with a large terrace and AC is available to rent in the Milan city center. The apartment has a stylish living room, where you can relax on the big sofa and watch TV, enjoy a delicious meal with guests at the large dining table, or step out onto the enormous terrace for some fresh air on a sunny Milanese day.
The kitchen has all the essentials, including a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, a microwave, and a washing machine. In the bedroom, you'll find 2 single beds, which can be pushed together to form a big, double bed, as well as a large chest of drawers. The bathroom is spacious and bright, with a big bathtub-- perfect for bubble baths!
You'll be living in Milan Centro, just a 9-minute walk from the incredible and iconic Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Around the area, you'll find lots to do-- the neighborhood is brimming with restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. And, with a Metro station nearby, you'll always have quick access to points across Milan.

- The terrace is gorgeous!
- The property is a short walk from the Duomo and the Galleria. It's right in the city center!
- A Metro station is just a 3-minute walk from your doorstep.
- The apartment is modern and stylish.
Things to keep in mind
- There is an elevator in the building, however, it only goes up to the 3rd floor. You will need to take the stairs from the 3rd to the 4th floor.
