Located in the charming Corsica district, this modern and stylish 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is perfect for up to 4 people. There is a spacious and sunny bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage room and a sofa bed in the living room. There are big windows throughout that keep the property bright and fresh and complement the unique decor. The kitchen looks into the living room and has a round dining table and modern appliances.

Corsica is a small district but is known for its central location and tree-lined streets. On Viale Giancarlo Sismondi, you are across the street from a tennis club and down the street from a Carrefour Express. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can find more shops and more amenities. When you need to move around the city, you have plenty of bus stops nearby and stops for tram line 5 and 27.

What we liked the most

  • There are big windows that let in plenty of sunlight.
  • There is a color-changing light over the bedroom – fancy!
  • You have a huge standalone wardrobe for storage.
  • Just south of the Città Studi district, this is a great choice for students.
  • Our Homechecker, Matteo, loved the stylish property.
