In the central district of Guastalla, this 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for students or professionals. The 46 m² apartment has simple but practical furnishings and has lovely wood and marble flooring. The main living area is the combined kitchen and living room with a small kitchenette, couch, and dining table. The kitchen has 2-burner stove, cabinet space, and a mini refrigerator. Both the bedroom and bathroom are well-sized with windows that let in plenty of natural light.
Guastalla is popular with the locals because of its central location and more affordable prices. The district is also just a bit more residential, but has all the charm Milan's history has to offer. On Corso di Porta Vittoria, you have several tram lines that stop nearby and are just a few minutes' walk to bakeries, coffee shops, and several restaurants.
