This sunny 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Via Lambrate has good-sized windows and laminate flooring. It’s a terrific and comfy apartment with modern furnishings. The double bedroom is spacious. It has ample storage for clothes and comes equipped with a TV. The living and dining room combine in a single space, making it ideal when you entertain. The bathroom is narrow, but perfect for singles or couples. And the building offers a few extras like a laundry room, social areas, and a lovely courtyard.
The building’s courtyard isn’t the only green space you’re privy to in Loreto, though. Trotter Park is closest. Piazza Leonardo da Vinci bustles with locals and tourists. But Lambro Park, which is a 20-minute walk away, is big enough for everyone. There is plenty of culture in the neighborhood. Leonardo Theater is a 15-minute walk away. Cinema Plinius Multisala is a 20-minute transit ride away. And when you’re hankering for hipster action, there’s a flea market and bowling alley nearby.
