You don’t have to worry about finding a laundromat living in this 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Via Lambrate. The building has a common area laundry room. It’s also got a few extra perks like a courtyard and comfy social areas. The apartment itself is pretty cool though. It has everything you need: a bathroom with a shower, an equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with lots of storage and a TV. Don’t worry, there is a combined living and dining room too. And it’s a perfectly cozy spot to take a load off or entertain guests.
Loreto offers you a bit of country and a bit of rock'n'roll. It’s the Goldilocks of neighborhoods. One day, you can relax with a picnic, and then have a nap in nearby Lambro Park. Another day, you can hop on the transit, head to the buzzing city center, and stay up all night. But the area itself is just right. There are bars, restaurants, shops, markets, theaters, and cinemas within a 20-minute walk.
