You're going to love this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with for rent on Via Lambrate in Loreto. It's a bright space, as there are plenty of windows that let the sunlight come in. This apartment has a great style with modern furniture in both the bedroom and living room. The living room is spacious with a TV, extra single bed, and a dining area. It's a perfect spot for entertaining guests. The kitchenette comes equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave. It has everything you need to prepare your meals at home. The bedroom has a double bed - great for couples! Even better, you have a private balcony that offers beautiful views over the city of Milan. The apartment gives you access to common areas, including a laundry room and a lovely courtyard. For storage, there is a convenient cupboard where you can store clothes and suitcases.
In Loreto, you’re close to the city center, as well as the Polytechnic University of Milan. If you like getting outdoors in your free time, you'll love Parco Trotto and Giardino Fausto e Iaio, two parks located nearby. You'll find loads of shops and supermarkets nearby, including a Simply Market.
