This delightful apartment has a unique design and eye to detail. The bookshelves display icons of high design, like Philippe Starck's famous lemon squeezer. The interior mixes clean and modern with warm, welcoming wood to create a contemporary, yet traditional, feel. While the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, the small living room is furnished with a large TV and comfortable couch where you can relax. There is even a small courtyard for some fresh air and little peace and quiet. #The neighborhood And don't forget to stop by Luini to try a delicious panzerotto, a Milanese tradition. You can also visit Sforzesco Castle, the world renowned La Scala Theater and the luxury boutiques in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele.

Landlord policies
- Upon confirmation of the booking, the payment of initial and final cleaning up as well as the payment of the deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The security deposit the landlord will give you back at the end of your stay no later than 30 business days from your check-out date
- It is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Italian Revenue Office (Agenzia delle Entrate)
- The monthly rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement
- Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price
- If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform the landlord by giving a notice period of 21 days
- Check-in time: Every day between 3pm to 9pm
- Check-out time: by 11am

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
