Rooms are available to rent in a 90 m², 3-bedroom apartment in the Buenos Aires area of Milan. The apartment is welcoming and cosy with a homely feel to it, and is bright and spacious. It would be ideal for students and young professionals alike.
Buenos Aires is a lively area thanks to its main shopping avenue, Corso Buenos Aires, as well its many restaurants and bars. It is a fantastic place to live if you enjoy being surrounded by lots of activity but nearby to the property too is the beautiful Parc Trotter, ideal for escaping into nature for weekend picnics or early morning exercise.

- The balcony is a useful extra outdoor space for a quick breath of fresh air or drying your clothes.

- The apartment's proximity to the public transport is convenient for commuting in the mornings.

Things to keep in mind
- There is only a balcony in 1 of the bedrooms but this is added motivation to make friends with your flatmates.
- Although you cannot see it in the video, the apartment does indeed have its own washing machine.
