The apartment has 3 bedrooms- 2 for single occupancy and the third a shared room rentable by the bed- and as it is for male students only, you're sure to meet others who are studying in this exciting city. The common areas include 2 bathrooms, open-plan kitchen and living room area, and a big balcony. With proximity to the University and many tram and bus lines, tenants will have an easy time commuting to school and getting to other parts of Milan! All bills, including Wi-Fi and bi-weekly cleaning, is included in the rental price.
