This 4 bedroom apartment located on Ripa di Porta Ticinese in the charming Navigli neighborhood has 2 rooms available for rent- the other two rooms are occupied by the landlord. The apartment is full of natural light and is furnished with everything you might need during your stay. These rooms would be ideal for female students or professionals working in the city and wanting to live in a beautiful neighborhood full of canals. The area of the apartment is 100m2 and it is conveniently located near a metro station with easy access to the city centre. You will be able to find plenty of nature nearby, including Parco Baden-Powell where you can enjoy hot summer days. You will never be bored here - just imagine being able to take long walks alongside the river and spending time in a district where there's always something exciting happening.

- Navigli is one of the most charming and sought-after areas in which to live. You'll have the best of Milan all within walking distance!
- The rooms are very sunny and luminous due to their big windows which overlook the courtyard and the beautiful Naviglio Grande.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of utensils available for you to use and practice your cooking skills.
- The balcony is long and has a beautiful view of the interior courtyard.
- The apartment also has a cosy living area where you will able to relax and enjoy quality time with your new flatmates.
