This 80 sqm exterior flat has air-conditioning, and rent includes all utilities and a cleaning service twice a month. The apartment is located on Via degli Imbriani, 4.5 kilometres from the city centre and close to the Bovisa Campus of the Politecnico di Milano. The area offers a good range of local amenities, with a supermarket, restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Tram line 2 stops right next to the apartment and can take you to Milan's city centre in 25 minutes.
