This apartment is located on the seventh floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has air-conditioning for heating and central water heating. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment or in the balcony. Wi-fi is installed and it is activated. Biweekly cleaning of the common areas is included in the rental price.

This modern three-bedroom, two bathroom apartment offers three fully furnished rooms for rent. All rooms have balcony access, an independent key and can be rented by female students only. This bright exterior apartment has a floor area of 120 sqm over two levels, featuring one bedroom, a bathroom and the kitchen/living area on the first floor, and the other two bedrooms and a second bathroom on an upper level. Rent includes all utilities, bed linen and a cleaning service of both the bedrooms and common areas twice a month. The apartment is located on Piazzale Egeo, in Bicocca, only a few minutes from the University of Bicocca and Milano Greco Pirelli train station. This neighbourhood is ideal for students with several small parks and a varied range of local restaurants, cafes, shops and bars, while being located a short commute from central Milan.
