This three-bedroom apartment offers three bright fully furnished rooms for rent. Each room has its own fridge, television, independent key, desk and good storage space. This 82 sqm interior home is modern and nicely presented, with hardwood floors and large windows on every bedroom. Tenants will share use of a fully equipped kitchen with a small balcony, a washing machine and two full bathrooms. The apartment has a convenient central location on Via Luigi Settembrini, close to Milan's central station and Corso Buenos Aires. Plenty of services are on offer in the area such as gyms, banks, beauty salons, and restaurants, and there is a supermarket just a block away. The Politecnico di Milano is a five-minute tram ride away, or you can walk there from the flat in approximately 20 minutes. Rent includes all utilities, such as Wi-Fi and central heating, and also a cleaning service every week.

- There is a shared dining table and a small balcony where you could dry your washing.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 are interior and face a courtyard, making them more silent.
- The apartment is located in a very well-connected area, close to the central station, metro, tram and buses.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no air-conditioning but all bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 are furnished with double beds, but have a maximum occupancy of one person.
- Bedroom 1 faces the street, so you can expect some traffic noise.
