This compact but fully equipped studio apartment is available to rent in the Stadera district of Milan. The studio has a full kitchen, including an oven, large fridge-freezer, and plenty of food prep space, along with a dining table. The bedroom, with a double bed and a large desk is on the raised mezzanine level. Storage, including a big wardrobe with built in chest of drawers is below. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet, and toilet. This is also where the apartment's washing machine is kept.
The apartment is in a residential area of the city, although there are a few local stores around, including a grocery store within a few minutes walk. Bocconi University is nearby, within 25-minutes walk, and also within walking distance are the many bars and restaurants around Piazza XXIV Maggio.
What we liked the most
- This is a very compact studio that still manages to feel spacious, and fits a lot in.
- Despite being in a mostly residential area, everything you need is within walking distance.
- Both Bocconi University and the nightlife hub around Piazza XXIV Maggio are within less than a 30-minute walk.
- The apartment has all the modern equipment you would expect, which can be rare in the limited space of a studio.
