This 35 m² studio apartment with a huge balcony is available for rent in Washington. The apartment has a bright, airy feel, as it has 2 sets of patio doors leading out to the balcony, which has a small table where you can sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning, and fantastic views across the rooftops of the city. The bathroom is very spacious for a studio, and includes a washing machine.
You will be living in Washington, a residential area in the west of the city. Nearby there are a few shops and restaurants, but the area is mostly very quiet. However, a 10 minute walk will take you to the heart of Wagner, the neigbourhood to the north, where you can find a plethora of shops, bars and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- We love the huge balcony!
- You will have a washing machine – very convenient.
- The apartment is very bright and airy.
- The nearby neighbourhood of Wagner will indulge all your shopping needs.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is currently no oven, the landlord may install one in the future.
- Although there is currently no wardrobe, one is due to be installed.
