Spotahome's opinion
This contemporary studio is available to rent on Via Metastasio in the magenta district. The studio is reasonably spacious for a studio, at 28 m², and is well equipped. The kitchen includes an oven, and is supplied with all the equipment you'll need as soon as you move in. The bathroom is spacious and has a standing shower. The decor is modern and minimalist throughout, with clean lines and neutral colours.
This is a central area of the city, next to the beautiful Parco Sempione, and less than 20 minute's walk from the Duomo. It's an attractive part of the city, more historic than the outer district, and you will have a pleasant time just wandering the streets, getting to know the local area. You couldn't do much better for convenience either; as well as a selection of fantastic local restaurants, there's a Simply City supermarket just a minute's walk away.
What we liked the most
- You will have a full kitchen, including an oven, which is a real luxury in a studio.
- The studio has a cute little balcony overlooking the attractive street.
- Milan may not be a city known for its parks, but there's a gorgeous one just a few minutes away. We predict many sunny afternoons spent relaxing on the grass in Parco Sempione.
- Feeling cultural? Just around the corner is the magnificent Castello Sforzesco, housing 4 different art museums.
Things to keep in mind
- Although AC was not installed at the time of Spotahome's visit, the landlord will install it soon. It will be installed before you move in.
