This studio apartment on Via Privata Simone Shiaffino, in Bovisa, is located in a former industrial building that has been stylishly redeveloped into a residential complex. The 70 m² property has a mezzanine level with a double bed, 2 bathrooms, and a gorgeous and spacious rooftop terrace. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher.
The apartment is located in a well-connected area, close to the Metro, trains, and buses. The Campus Bovisa of the Politecnico di Milano is just down the road, making this property ideal for students attending this university.
What we liked the most
- There is a lovely courtyard at the front of your apartment as well as a sunny rooftop terrace.
- Both bathrooms are beautifully tiled, and one of them comes with a bathtub.
- There are some curtains by the double bed for added privacy.
- The kitchen is modern and well equipped.
- You will find shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The main living room is not furnished, but there is a second living space with a television on the upper level of the studio.
