This charming studio apartment available to rent in Washington reflects its surrounding. Chic and cozy, the 30 m² property feels like a 1-bedroom with a wall partition separating the bedroom and kitchen areas. The kitchen comes fully equipped and organized and also has a dining table with chairs and stools. The bedroom area opens up onto an interior balcony, which fills it with natural light, and has a sofa bed, desk, and huge shelving unit.
Washington is where the Milanese gather for fine dining, shopping, and a taste of the high life. A district full of beautiful architecture, walking down the street is an activity in itself. On Via Lipari, you have several parks nearby, as well as plenty of basic shops and dining options. If you enjoy a night out, be sure to check out the scene in neighboring De Angeli.
