The apartment is quite new and features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, washing machine, and small appliances. From here you can also access the small balcony, with clotheslines for drying clothes. There is a bathtub in the large, shared bathroom and all of the bedrooms are comfortably furnished.
Just down the street from the property you will find a cinema, pharmacy, supermarkets, and various shops and restaurants. There are also numerous transport options close by, including bus, tram, and metro stops.
