There are rooms for rent in this cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a 85 m² footprint on Via Carnia in Loreto. The living room is a great space to relax with your flatmates and has a sofa and TV, while the bathroom has a large mirror and shower. The kitchen is also well-equipped with an oven and full-sized refrigerator.
The large Parco Lambro is just over a 20-minute walk away and is a great space to get some exercise. There is also a supermarket within a 10-minute walk, and there are a few other stores and restaurants on nearby Via Padova.

Bedroom 3 is a furnished room with a single bed, desk, shelving and a standalone wardrobe so there is plenty of space for your belongings.

- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There are plenty of windows throughout this apartment to let in plenty of natural light.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
- There is a large balcony which can be accessed from each of the bedrooms as well as a the kitchen.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
