Located along Via Privata Pericle, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has 2 rooms for rent. The rooms are especially ideal for students, as the University of Milano-Bicocca is an 18 minute walk from the flat. This apartment is an interior and though very luminous, it is quiet and offers tenants a tranquil atmosphere in which to study or simply rest. Shared areas include the renovated and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The neighborhood, referred to as Bicocca and named after a famous villa found a 12 minute walk from the flat, is well-connected by various transport methods. With easy access to other parts of Milan and comfort at home, these rooms will provide an excellent home for anyone, especially those studying in this beautiful and historical city! The area of the apartment is 55 m2.

What we liked the most
- Both bedrooms are fully furnished and spacious; bedroom 1 has a big bed and wardrobe, while bedroom 2 has a sofa in addition to a bed.
- Wi-fi is installed (though not included in the rent), so tenants do not have to worry about contracting a new service.
- The location is very convenient, with one of Milan's main station located within a 10 minute walk.
- As the apartment is an interior, it is very quiet and allows tenants to focus on their work or studies.
Things to keep in mind
- Though the rooms are spacious, it is only for 1 person.
- There is no common living room, but you will find a dining table in the kitchen to enjoy your meals.
