This spacious and modern 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat has 3 rooms for rent in the district of Stazione Centrale and offers a high quality of living for its tenants: from the direct entrance from the elevator to the spacious and sunny rooms, you'll love coming home to this fully equipped flat at the end of your long day. Located on Via Ruggero Boscovich and a mere 5 minute walk from the Milano Centrale train station- the main station in Milan- you'll have easy access to various transportation methods and lines. Aside from being a well-connected area, Stazione Centrale is known for housing one of the biggest shopping streets of the city, Corso Buenos Aires. With shopping and transportation right outside your door, these rooms will be your perfect base for exploring Milan!

What we liked the most
- The apartment has direct access from the elevator. We've never seen anything like this!
- With the Milano Centrale station a 5 minute walk, you'll have the easiest time getting around the rest of the city and to other parts of Italy.
- As you enter the apartment (again, from the elevator!), you're greeted by the very spacious and luminous living room. It's a truly welcoming space to come home to.
- The kitchen is complete with an oven, stove, and even a dishwasher- you won't have to worry about dishes ever again!
- All of the rooms are quite spacious and furnished with giant wardrobes. You'll never run out of space to store all your belongings.
- As the apartment is on the 7th floor, the views from the windows and balcony are quite pleasant; you will have views overlooking the neighboring areas while being protected from unnecessary street noise.
Things to keep in mind
- Tenants will share 1 bathroom.
- There will only be one bed in room 2.
- The landlord will replace the dining table in the kitchen.
- Bedroom 1 is double occupancy and has 2 single beds that are to be rented out separately.
