This bright exterior apartment has a floor area of 120 sqm over two levels, featuring one bedroom, a bathroom and the kitchen/living area on the first floor, and the other two bedrooms and a second bathroom on an upper level. Rent includes all utilities, bed linen and a cleaning service of both the bedrooms and common areas twice a month. The apartment is located on Piazzale Egeo, in Bicocca, only a few minutes from the University of Bicocca and Milano Greco Pirelli train station. This neighbourhood is ideal for students with several small parks and a varied range of local restaurants, cafes, shops and bars, while being located a short commute from central Milan.
