A studio apartment with a balcony is available to rent on Corso Sempione in the Portello area of Milan. The 25 m² property is modern and has some ingenious space saving features. The bed is on a mezzanine level above the entrance, and there is a contemporary kitchen, comfy sofa, and a large terrace. The bathroom is spacious and houses the washing machine.
Portello is a well-connected area, with trams leading straight to the gorgeous Sempione park and the city centre. There are plenty of amenities like shops and bars within footsteps of the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The studio is spacious, modern and stylish.
- We love the large terrace/balcony.
- The kitchen is well equipped for a studio and very new.
- There is air conditioning.
- Portello is well connected and has plenty of trams.
