This modern and stylish studio apartment is available for rent on Via Paolo Maspero in the Calvairate district. The apartment is well equipped, with a complete kitchen as well as a spacious living area with a big sofa that converts to a double bed. Everything in the apartment is new and contemporary, and the property comes completely equipped, ready for you to move in. The apartment also has AC and a balcony for the hot Italian summer months.
The apartment is in Calvairate, a well connected area in the east of the city. There are lots of trams and bus routes operating in the area, and a train station with destinations all over the city. Nearby you can find plenty of useful local shops, as well as an Esselunga supermarket and several restaurants and cafes.
What we liked the most
- There is a balcony and AC which are perfect for the hot Italian weather.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, just the way a real Italian kitchen should be.
- The living room is spacious.
- There is a large sofa that can fold out into an extra bed, perfect for guests.
