This stylish studio apartment spans a generous 43 m² on Via Pontida in Brera, next to the heart of Milan. This apartment comes fully furnished with a sofa bed, and everything else you need to move right in, including a washing machine, TV, and microwave.
This apartment is perfectly situated for the food-lover, with plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The Monumental Cemetery is also nearby for those interested in Milan's history - it's only a short 12-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- There is a large standalone wardrobe for all your belongings.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- This is an interior apartment so it will be quiet, but not always light.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
