Ample storage space and a lofted bed mean plenty of room to relax or enjoy time with friends. This apartment also offers a fully equipped kitchen with a charming dining area.
The street that the apartment is on is calm and quiet, but you'll also be in a neighborhood full of restaurants, bars and galleries with easy access to the city center and universities. The location is great for those looking to stay active, with a gym and two parks popular with joggers, Parco Alessandrina Ravizza and Parco delle Memorie Industriali, all a 10-minute walk or less away. The Trattoria del Pescatore restaurant, a great traditional Italian restaurant that specializes in fish dishes, is just a few doors down.

- The elevator goes to a mezzanine between the 1st and 2nd floors, while the apartment is on the 2nd floor.
