This fully furnished studio to rent is located on the 1st floor in a modern building just east of the city centre of Milan. On entry to the left is the laundry area with washing machine and the bathroom with a box shower, bidet, basin and a window which lets in light to the apartment.
The studio has a fold out couch which turns into a double bed as well as another couch which turns into a single bed - perfect for guests! It also has a stand alone wardrobe, dinning table, TV and other storage units. The kitchen is fully-equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge and all the appliances that you need to cooked up a storm. There is a balcony big enough to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The apartment is close to buses which will get you into the heart of the city in 30 minutes. For some retail therapy, there is Centro Piazza Lodi mall only a 25-minute walk away. A Carrefour Express s a 5-minute walk away and for a nice stroll in the evening, there is also Emilio Alessandrini park (dedicated to an assassinated Italian judge) close-by.
What we liked the most
- It is a modern and new apartment in a secured building.
- The balcony is big enough to accommodate seating and table - perfect for summer evenings!
- The large floor to ceiling window provides tonnes of natural light and a cool summer breeze.
- There are fantastic transport links nearby where you have access to buses, light rail and the train.

- This studio apartment only has a sofa bed.
