This sleek studio apartment is available to rent in Dergano. The apartment has modern, stylish decor and comes with everything you need to hit the ground running in Milan. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven as well as a 2-burner stove. A microwave is also available upon request. There's plenty of storage space in this studio and the comfortable sofa folds out into a double bed, transforming the space for daytime and nighttime use.
On the border between Dergano and Bovisa, your apartment is just a hop away from both Bovisa campuses of the Polytechnic University of Milan. If you’re a Design or Architecture student, this is excellent news: not only are you located just 5 minutes from campus Durando, but the formerly industrial area around you has recently started to become a veritable hub for artists and designers. Maybe you’ll want to check out the music school right across the street and learn a new instrument. Within a 5-minute walk from your new home, you’ll find wonderful little parks, restaurants, supermarkets, specialty and used book stores... you name it.
