This cosy studio apartment with its own private balcony is now available for rent in Umbria, Milan. It comes fully furnished and has a double bed with plenty of shelving, as well as 2 small chairs. The bedroom and combined living space opens up onto a private balcony which has a view of the street below. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped. It also has a washing machine for clothes, am oven, a microwave, and a 4-burner stove.
The apartment is located on the main road of Umbria, meaning you'll have plenty to do. There are many cafes and pizzerias here, as well as a pharmacy. The beautiful Parco Vittorio Formentano is also nearby - make sure you check it out!

- The apartment has its own balcony.
- There is a washing machine - no carrying your clothes to the launderette!
- On the 7th floor, it provides a great view.
- There is an oven, a stove, and a microwave. Your choices are limitless!
