This 5th floor studio apartment to rent on Via Guiseppe Tartini is slightly more unique than most. Rather than have a separate bathroom and an open concept space, the studio also has a separate kitchen. From the vestibule at the front door, you’ll spot three doors. The bathroom is fairly spacious, modern and has a large window as well as a shower stall. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a window, but it’s on the cozier side. Nevertheless, with ample cupboards, a stove and oven, it’s very functional. The living room and bedroom are combined in an open plan area. You’ll find the fridge in this room, but it doesn’t distract from the stylish space. Again, tons of light filters in from a window. This area is additionally furnished with an armchair, double bed, a wardrobe for your clothes and an entertainment unit with a TV.
North of the city center, it will only take you 20 minutes to get downtown on public transit from Dergano. This is mainly a residential area, but there are a lot of students living here too. The Congusto School of Cooking and Pastry is just a 3-minute walk away, and you can get to Bovisa Campus of Milan Polytechnic in 10 minutes. Everything you’ll need is nearby. There is a bank around the corner, the local pharmacy is a 4-minute walk, and you can reach the bakery and the Simply City grocery store well within 4 minutes. If you enjoy green space, Cesare Pagani Garden can be reached with a 5-minute stroll, and if you enjoy socializing there are tons of bars and restaurants near the school.
