This fabulous 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Rue Pecquay is on the 4th floor. It has a rustic decor that gives you the feeling of being in a warm country home. There are two floors. The double bedroom and the bathroom have low wood beam ceilings. The bedroom overlooks the open-plan living and dining room, which has a working fireplace. The kitchen is spacious with a washing machine.
The 4th arrondissement is a perfect central neighborhood. You’re close to the Seine. The largest train and Metro station in Paris is just a 10-minute walk away. You can easily get to just about any university in the city from here. And you’re close to everything. Cafés, bakeries, and restaurants are all around. You can walk to dozens of tourist sites and markets are nearby, too.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom and bathroom, located upstairs, have relatively low ceilings. If you're a little taller than average, you may have to duck!
