This super 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Rue des Hospitalières Saint-Gervais is on the 4th floor. It doesn’t have an elevator, so prepare for a daily workout! It is an excellent apartment, though. There are wood floors and two sunny windows in the living room. The spacious kitchen is in a separate room. It’s fully equipped and has a dining table. The bathroom has a shower, and the double bedroom is in a unique spot.
While living in the 4th arrondissement, you can keep yourself busy day and night. Cognacq-Jay Museum is just around the block. And it isn’t the only museum nearby. The Seine is just a 5-minute walk away. There are numerous restaurants and cafés, and you can enjoy performing arts at theaters like Le Point Virgule.
