This sleek 1-bedroom is now for rent on Passage Gatbois in Paris' 12th arrondissement. This is a stylish apartment with a spacious and comfortable living area. From here you have access to the small and modern kitchen which has a microwave, stove top and large fridge. The toilet in this apartment is in a separate toilet room of its own, accessible from the other side of the kitchen. From the living area, you also have access to the bedroom, a spacious room with a large double bed and plenty of storage space.
This apartment is located in a great location if you were to commute to central Paris for work or study. You're located next to Paris Gare de Lyon a large station that serves metro lines and regional trains. There are also many parks nearby and you are only a short walk from the river Seine.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has gorgeous dark wood floors throughout.
- The living area has a TV to keep you entertained.
- There are curved arches leading from the kitchen to the living room which gives the apartment its own unique look.
- There is a gorgeous red-brick fireplace in the living room.
- There are restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment.
