This bright 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Rue Cortambert in Paris' 16th arrondissement. It is a well-equipped apartment with a spacious living room that has access to a balcony. The living room leads into a well-equipped, modern kitchen with all you'll need to cook. Down the hall is a small bathroom with shower and toilet room. The bedroom has a double bed and large glass doors that open out onto the shared balcony and flood the room with natural light.
This apartment is located in an excellent part of Paris, not far from the River Seine or the large public park Bois de Boulogne. There are multiple metros, train and bus stops nearby making it easy to access the rest of the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is nicely decorated and modern.
- Fast food restaurants and bakeries are located nearby making a quick meal an easy option.
- There are river-side parks nearby that make for a perfect outing on a sunny day.
- You are allowed pets in this apartment, but no cats, which means your dog could move in too!
- There is an elevator in the building which makes it easier to access the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no AC in this apartment so a fan or portable unit may be needed for summer months.
- There is no parking available, however, there are excellent public transport links to the rest of the city.
