This posh 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Rue Marbeuf is on the 3rd floor. It’s not a huge space, but it is airy and has high ceilings and tall windows. There is a Scandinavian style theme, although the white is offset by wood floors and chic pale colors. The combined kitchen and living room has a decorative fireplace. There is a table and chairs, as well a counter seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine. And the modern bathroom has a tub.
The 8th arrondissement is a chic neighborhood with many upscale shops and boutiques. There are so many theaters and performance venues near your new home that you could go to a new place every night. Crazy Horse Paris is only 5 minutes away. There are plenty of bars and nightclubs, as well as cafés and a diverse range of restaurants. Avenue Champs-Élysées is just a few minutes away, and the Champs-Élysées Garden isn’t far either.
