This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Rue Lauriston is on the 2nd floor. It’s not a huge space, but it is a modern one. The front door opens directly into the open-plan kitchen, living and dining room. The room has wood floors and a large sunny window. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. It’s sleek with black counter tops and a breakfast bar with 2 tall chairs. The rest of the space is furnished with a sofa, TV and coffee table. The bedroom is tight, but has two doors to either side of the double bed. The bathroom is bright with a shower cabinet and tiles that have a marbled look.
You’ll be living the life in the chic upscale 16th arrondissement. It’s filled with brand name shops like Louis Vuitton and Hermès and dozens of trendy restaurants.
