This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Boulevard Exelmans is on the ground floor. At the front door is a little cabinet to place keys or other items, as well as a shoe rack. Immediately to your right is the bathroom. It’s modern, has a shower cabinet, and the washing machine is here, too. To the left of the door is your very spacious bedroom with a sunny window. It’s furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and a table and chair. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room is cozy and furnished with a couch and folding dining table. The kitchenette is equipped and has a fridge and ceramic hub. And the best part is that you can open the window and step up and outside onto a private patio with a 4-seat table.
Exploring the 16th arrondissement, you’ll uncover dozens of museums. It’s a chic neighborhood lined with 19th century buildings and gorgeous green spaces. Serres d'Auteuil Garden is 15 minutes away. It’s on the edge of the sprawling Bois de Boulogne, which has a lake and golf courses. You are 5 minutes away from the Seine and numerous restaurants near its banks. When you want to do some home cooking, there is a Franprix grocery store around the corner. And if you’re a fan of the Paris Saint-Germain football club, you’ll be thrilled to find that your new home is only 15 minutes from Le Parc des Princes stadium.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom is really large and has ample space for your clothing.
- The partially furnished patio is a fantastic feature.
- Stade Jean Bouin rugby field, Paris Jean Bouin Tennis, and a sports complex are also next door to the stadium.
- There is a butcher and gourmet grocery store around the corner.
