The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood outside of Paris, a 10-minute walk from the Seine River. The local area offers supermarkets, shops, and all the essential amenities, and Gare de St Ouen is located nearby, allowing you to travel into the city centre in about 30 minutes.
