The 13th arrondissement is a diverse neighborhood. Along the Seine, you will find a variety of green areas, a university (and university hospital), and several Metro stations. There is a post office, supermarket, and several banks nearby.
What we liked the most
- The living/ studio space is very sunny and spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring in lots of natural sunlight and provide a beautiful view of the administrative district.
- The apartment is located near the Metro and along the Seine, so it is very convenient and scenic.
- The kitchen comes with many modern appliances and everything you need to cook, including a microwave, dishwasher, oven, and full fridge.
- The bathroom is stylishly furnished and comes with a standing shower.
