This furnished studio apartment on Rue du Volga in Maraîchers is 29 m² and has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, study nook, flat screen TV and a large double bed. The comfortable sofa folds out into a bed for guests, and there is plenty of storage throughout the apartment.
The apartment is located in a vibrant, multicultural neighborhood with an abundance of restaurants, bars and cafes. Within a 5-minute walk of the front door you will be able to find 2 supermarkets, a sports club, a hospital, a pharmacy, and a school.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very close to public transport, making getting around the city a breeze.
- The tidy bathroom has a cupboard for storage.
- The apartment has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- The living area provides a comfortable space with plenty of seating for entertaining.
- The Jardin de la Gare de Charonne park is nearby, perfect for escaping the busy city streets.
