This cosy studio apartment on Boulevard Saint Germain, in Odéon, comes with all the essentials to accommodate 1 tenant. The compact 10 m² property has a main room with a kitchen corner, sofa bed, and a shower. There is also a separate toilet room.
The apartment is located in a charming and lively part of Paris, a short walk from the Seine River and the stunning Luxembourg Gardens. You will find a fantastic range of shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, and the Metro stops only 2 minutes away to take you to other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- You can convert the bed into a sofa during the day to create a living area.
- The kitchen is compact but comes with the essentials to prepare basic meals.
- There is a window that offers beautiful views over the tree-lined street below.
- Université Paris Descartes and Université Paris-Sorbonne are both located within a short walk.
- You will find supermarkets, banks, and a movie theatre within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, so you will tone those legs living here!
- The shower is located in the main living area.
