This cozy studio apartment for rent on Rue de Grenelle is on the 3rd floor of a lovely building on a quiet street. It’s a very compact, open-plan space in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Paris. The decor is nice. There is a sofa bed and TV. The L-shaped kitchen is practical, and part of the counter serves as a dining table. The bathroom is modern, roomy, and has a shower stall.
Your new studio apartment is on the left bank in the 7th arrondissement. You’re across the street from Maillol Museum. Other art galleries and museums are nearby. The Paris Institute of Political Studies, also known as Science Po, is 5 minutes away. You’re close to grocery stores and restaurants, as well as some of the city’s most iconic sites, like the Eiffel Tower.
