This 64 m², 1-bedroom apartment in Prague 9 is perfect for postgraduates and professionals. The apartment is modern with wood flooring throughout and all your basic furnishings and appliances. The living room is a cozy room with an L-shaped couch, coffee table, shelving, and a TV. The kitchen has charming country-style decor with a round dining table and plenty of cabinet space.
Prague 9 is a district that houses more locals than tourists. About 25 minutes north of the city center, you are well-connected by Metro but are in a calm and residential area. Rumburská is a quiet street, lined with tress and with small patches of grass. Nearby, you have a commercial avenue that is full of restaurants, bars, and small convenience stores.
