The first thing you’ll notice walking into this 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Žitná is the gorgeous parquet flooring. The second will be how much light the two tall windows bring into the open-plan space. This area is furnished with a sectional sofa and a dining table with 2 chairs, as well as 2 benches. The kitchen, which is fully equipped, has plenty of cupboard space and comes with a gas stove. The bedroom also has a tall window and is furnished with a wooden wardrobe and desk, as well as both a double and a single bed. The bathroom is modern and has a shower cabin. Even better, it also includes a washing machine!
You’re living in Nové Město. It’s not right downtown, but it might as well be. This area pulses with a vibrant nightlife, especially around the Vltava River, which is less than 10 minutes away. There are numerous museums and historical sites in this part of town, so anticipate lots of tourists, especially during the warmer months. It’s not all about living it up here, though. When you’re in the mood to relax, you don’t have to go far. You can grab a blanket and a book and go relax in the park. It’s 2 minutes away. For entertainment of a different kind, check out the theater a couple doors down from your new home.

- When you want to get away, there are three different parks within walking distance.
- Charles University’s main campus is just a 15-minute walk away.
