(pt) A truly unique and beautiful property, this apartment has 7 bedrooms for rent with 2 shared bathrooms. The highlight of this apartment is hands-down the extremely spacious common areas: aside from the duplex-style living room complete with a living and dining area downstairs and a lounge area on the upper level, there is an enormous interior terrace furnished with a patio furniture, hammock, and a large umbrella. Though completely renovated, this gorgeous apartment mixes modern and rustic furniture to provide a one of a kind home. With 7 bedrooms of different size and bed types available, tenants will have freedom to choose according to their taste and budget. Either way, you're sure to make friends while hanging out in the various spaces. With everything from bars, culture, and history at your doorsteps and a social yet relaxed environment at home, you really won't find this type of apartment anywhere else in the city nor the world! The beautiful apartment spans an impressive 200 m2.

(pt) * What's not to love?? Our favorite aspect is the gigantic duplex-style living room; there's a wooden dining table with 8 chairs, L-shaped sofa that faces a big flat-screen TV, and a lounge upstairs where tenants can get to know their fellow roommates.
* The central location of this flat allows tenants to enjoy everything Barcelona has to offer, whether it be its historical roots or world-famous bar scene!
* If having a duplex living room wasn't enough, there's an interior patio furnished with patio furniture, enormous umbrella, and even a hammock. The landlord really thought of everything!
* The kitchen is HUGE! It has endless storage space and enough room for all 7 tenants to cook a meal together. There's a dishwasher, so no one will need to worry about doing the dishes after dinner.
* There are common storage areas where tenants can store their extra belongings.
* Some of the rooms have exterior-facing balconies that have beautiful views of the typical streets of Barcelona.
